Ski school included
During the winter season, you’ll benefit from a special bonus: we’ll cover the cost of morning group ski or snowboard lessons – for children as well as adults*.
Whether you’re trying out the snow for the first time, getting back on your skis after a long break, or looking to improve your technique – the professional support provided by the Arosa Snow Sports School (Swiss Ski School Arosa – sssa.ch) offers the right group for every level.
*Excludes children under 4 years of age. Ski and snowboard courses are available for stays of at least 2 nights. Courses run from Sunday to Friday. Participation is subject to availability and prior registration.
Hit the slopes together
During selected holiday weeks, we supplement the programme where possible with our own ski instructors and group ski days. This allows you to get to know the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area even better whilst experiencing the special club atmosphere that has characterised our hotel for many years.
Our aim: winter sports holidays just as we love them ourselves – uncomplicated, active and together. From your first day on the slopes to that perfect carving turn.
You’ll find fantastic cross-country ski trails in Arosa, at Isler Stausee and Prätschli. Please note that you need an additional cross-country ski pass (not available at the club).
Group lessons to burn off energy
If you’re not completely exhausted after a day of winter sports, come and join our fitness classes. Feel your body in a totally different way, exhausted and relaxed, all included. You can also play tennis in the building next door.
Shuttle
Our free shuttle bus will take you directly to the Arosa Valley resort or train station, from where you can explore the ski slopes. Trail number 1h takes you behind the Hörnli valley station and straight back to the hotel.
Après-ski, sun loungers and a parasol bar - the perfect time in Arosa!
A ski vacation without a good party at the umbrella bar? It’s unimaginable! Here, you can listen to the latest hits with a mulled wine or a cold beer. Show us how good you are with words! Do you have any song requests? Don’t hesitate to let us know – we’re ready to provide you with the best possible atmosphere!
But Arosa doesn’t just have a lot to offer skiers: fantastic adventures await you off the slopes too. Grab a sled, hop on the Kulm gondola and pit your wits against your friends: who’s the fastest?
For a more leisurely break, we recommend a hike along the winter hiking trail along the Isler reservoir to Litzirüti. Here you can marvel at what is probably the smallest railway station in the region. The Rhaetian Railway takes you comfortably back to Arosa. Don’t forget you need a valid ski pass (only in combination with winter sports) or a train ticket.

Ski cellar
An additional ski cellar is available for your skis and snowboards. As we have a heated boot room, you can put on your skis and snowboard in the warmth of the morning.
Ski equipment
If you still need ski equipment, you can rent it for your stay in our ski store for an extra charge. Our ski store will be happy to advise you on the right equipment for perfect turns on the slopes.
